Episode 2: Apples and Oranges

Yes those are real sirens in the background, that’s what life is like in Manhattan.

What’s Halloween like in NYC? Leave us an ODEO comment, drink coffee and lose weight, the hilarity of Overheard In New York, the brilliance of Improv Everywhere, “The OC” and it’s everything centers, Hitchhikers Guide To The World, Happy Birthday to Chris, Thanks to those who donated for Ruby’s surgery, Starbucks feeds the homeless or do they(?), and leaving comments for us – do it.

Featured Music found on The Podsafe Music Network:

Breakin Away by Billy Jones off of the album: Tha Blues

She/She’s in Love by Bob Kirkpatrick. off of his album: Drive Across Texas

Attention musicians!!! We still need a theme song. Approximately 30-40 seconds long, and if the name of the podcast can be incorporated that would be great. Chosen song will be featured at the beginning of every episode. Email us if interested: Wendy and Marty

We’re still working out the kinks on sound so, sorry for the crackles.

Hey Wen! I loved listening to you guys, it was very entertaining :) It so cool hearing about other places and what other people do. Can you put up some more pics next time?

Fucking great- oh, and across the pond, “twat” or the c-word is pretty aprospos!! ;)

  4. Annie Says:

Oh, and I’m glad the pup is doing better! I’m sorry I couldn’t send more money, and I’d like to buy even more candles, but sadly, I spend all my money on yarn and cigarettes. ;)

  5. Annie Says:

Oh! And this is the last comment, promise. Your candles really are EXCELLENT. Really high quality, gorgeous jars, and I love the scents. They’re very well done, and I think they’re much better than Yankee. Anxiously awaiting my order, which I know has shipped (you’re very quick with that, too!!)

Another great show, you two work real well together. I didn’t know about the shoe thing either, but so many things make so much more sense now…

Hey guys! Great podcast! I wanted to let you know that my friend Ange (one of the friends who observed your “season cult” mission in Central Park) actually took part in that Best Buy mission. She was there the night we hung out in NY and you guys were talking about Improv Everywhere, so I guess it made an impression. She said it was a great experience. Are you two going to do it again?

  8. Wendy Dorrel Says:

We will for sure be participating again. We’ve missed the past few with traveling and what not but can’t wait to do another one.

Good times. That was the first one I listened to (ya, outta order, I know) and it awesome to listen to as I calculated time cards at work. :) My co-workers must think me strange for my random bursts of laughter. Quite a walk down Memory Lane -I’d heard most of those New York tales before -and it made me really miss that I was unable to come visit for Halloween. Looking forward to the next one. How much does it cost you guys, anyway, to ramble about shite for an hour?
